1 cup all-purpose flour

3 large eggs (room temperature)

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

⅓ cup milk (warm)

¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Set aside.

Whip eggs and sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer for 5-7 minutes until thick and pale.

Add vanilla extract and mix gently.

Fold in dry ingredients gradually, using a spatula, in small batches.

Mix warm milk and melted butter, then gently fold into the batter.

Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
